I’ve just ordered an email account. How do I use it?

You need to either login in to the webmail (help) or setup a mail program on your computer such as Outlook (help).

I can’t remember my password

I’m an Advance/Enterprise/Zoo customer. Where are my settings?

All customers can use the standard Eurotel pop3 settings. Your existing settings will still continue work even if they are for old services (such as zoo.co.uk).

How do I setup my email

I’ve moved computer but can’t see my old emails

You will need to ask your local IT support engineer to transfer the emails to the new computer.
