BlackBerry Internet Service – setting up email

Once you have received your BlackBerry Internet Service handset you need configure the service to collect your emails.

Step 1: Login to the network provider’s website

O2: www.o2mail.co.uk
Vodafone: http://www.mobileemail.vodafone.net/

Step 2: Click the “Create new account” button to start the process

Step 3: You need to enter the PIN and IMEI details.

These can be found either on the box the BlackBerry was sent in, or by clicking on the “option” or “settings” icon on your BlackBerry and choosing “status”.

Step 4: Setup your email accounts

Once inside the main administration screen you need to setup your new account. Click “Set up account”. (Note: you may be taken automatically past this stage the first time you setup the device).
