New Email for Advance/Enterprise and Zoo Customers
How has my email changed?
As part of the ongoing improvement programme to the products, support and services we offer our customers, we contacted you last week via email to inform you that we were making some changes to your email system. This is in order to provide a more robust service, with better support and more features on offer to you as a valued customer. This new service will be live as of Monday the 17th of December.
My password doesn't work
We are currently in the process of implementing a standard email password policy to improve security.This means a small number of customers have been issued with new passwords.
You should not need to change your settings. However, where there was an issue with the security of existing passwords, we have taken steps to improve this by creating a new secure password for those vulnerable email accounts. Those customers have been advised of the new password by email.
I cannot access my email - what do I do?
If you do find you are having problems accessing your email, please carry out the following steps before contacting us to enable us to respond to all queries in a timely manner:
- Establish which email program you are using. If you are unsure, open the program, click on "Help" from the Menu Bar at the top of the screen and choose the "About..." option. This is usually found as the bottom option on the Help menu and it will tell you which program and subsequent software version you are using.
- Once your email program has been established, choose the appropriate document from the list below to verify you are using the correct settings:
How do I access webmail?
Users of web-based mail will still be able to use this via the previous links and bookmarks. In addition, we will offer an improved webmail service for customers to upgrade to.

From Monday the 17th of December, if you still have issues in retrieving your email please verify you are using the correct settings as detailed in the above documents in the first instance.
